everything is symbolic…Is it the apocalypse of the child or what the world is doing to the inner child of all or a mirror of sorts…The little white house is painted green (greed) and has no picket fence the current american dream…the blue boy is jack’s own inner child the blues being peeled away…his obsession with three… are the other two riding bike and jumping on trampolines part of his inner child???? one is playing with fire and the other with technology? The simple pleasures gone? Allowing a child to be completely tattooed seems very wrong…a child downing cough syrup to get drunk and abusing …an older catholic girl with her wrists slit holding a bat implying religion is about to hit the child seated even though that religion leads to suicide…the regurgitating of the shake (rock and roll) from the fifties and licking it…what popular culture wants over and over from art…the return of the puppy? The black kid with gold chains and a basketball jersey dead in the coffin bit the apple again…the teenagers making peanut butter and jelly throwing them on the ceiling and getting high from gas masks…ummm..implying what they have to do because there is no creativity in this generation? …The ending with the burning of his own persona…ummm odd is what we definitely see in current popular culture…
So awesome! Seattle’s Space Needle was turned into an Angry Birds “catapult” yesterday in celebration of the Angry Birds Space launch.
